Activities

Empathy Mapping Challenge 🗺️💬

1. Form small teams of 3-5 students and tackle the scenario:
"You’re working on a group project with tight deadlines, and there’s disagreement on the project's direction."

2. Create Empathy Maps:
Step 1: Identify Roles 🎭
Each team member takes on a specific role related to the scenario (e.g., project leader, team member with conflicting ideas, deadline-focused member, etc.).
Step 2: Map Out Perspectives 🗺️
On a large sheet of paper or whiteboard, create an empathy map for each role. This map should include sections for:
**What the role thinks: What are their thoughts about the project and their role?
**What the role feels: What are their emotions and concerns?
**What the role says: What do they communicate to the team?
**What the role does: What actions do they take related to the project?

3. Discussion and Collaboration: 🤝
Complete your empathy map. Discuss the different perspectives and feelings of each role.
